The Reid clan got together at the Indiana Tea Rooms in Cottesloe to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the arrival of the original pommy Reids in Fremantle and their subsequent move to Kalgoorlie. It seemed quite poignant that we were there on the eve of our own move to Kal. Although a move from Perth to Kal is not nearly quite as brave! We also commemorated 59 years of Grandad's medical career as he has officially fully retired this year. A well earned retirement! The boys all went to the 1st Western Force game the night before and enjoyed it despite their defeat.Tuesday, 7 March 2006
