The Christmas feast

Christmas this year was magical as both the boys were excited about the impending arrival of Santa and presents. Selby and I were awake before both of them in anticipation of an early start to the day. Ethan rushed into our room at a surprisingly civilised hour, exclaiming that there was a present at the end of his bed! Both boys were very proficient present openers this year, and must have been very good, as they were very happy with their present haul.

We felt very grown up hosting Christmas lunch this year in our new house for 9 adults and 2 kids. It was lovely to have most of the family there and surprisingly stress-free as everyone brought along food to share.
