Kalgoorlie visit

Last week we took the opportunity to head to Kal for a pre-Christmas catch up with family and friends, as Selb had to be there for a 2 day HR conference. Wayne the wagon did well on his 1st country road trip and the boys were very well behaved on the 6 hour journey. It was 40C for the 1st day of summer on our arrival, but we all enjoyed cooling off in Pip and Pop's pool. It was great to hang out with the fam and also to catch up with all our Kal friends and see how much all the kids had grown up in the 8 months since we became Perth-ites.
