Christmas with Nana & Grandpa

This Christmas was made extra special being able to spend it with Nana and Grandpa, the first time since I was at high school! Grandpa especially really enjoyed the day. Nana did too, although she didn't know who most of us were and we had to keep reminding her it was Christmas day as her Alzheimer's is very advanced.
