Gingerbread house

This year I was determined to attempt making a gingerbread house from scratch. With limited time I backed the gingerbread in Perth (with the aid of my Thermomix of course!) and flat packed it for construction in Kalgoorlie...it was a challenge, but I was very proud of how the end product looked and tasted! Although I would not have won any awards for structural integrity!
