We have been having birthday celebrations for Dec since last Thursday at playgroup, and 3 birthday cakes later he is officially 3! (And old enough for Smaland @ Ikea!! That 1 hour of free child minding for 3 boys to do some shopping in peace is priceless!) The final birthday cake was a disaster as it wasn't fully cooked before I had to pick the boys up from school and attend class meetings for 1 1/2 hours. Put the cake on really low oven setting and left it...came back to a sunken cake, raw in the middle! Oh well, covered in chocolate icing, smarties and a chocolate bunny there were no complaints from the boys! can't believe our baby is 3 and will be starting kindy next year!
