New lawn...

They say you only ever have your house finished just before you sell/rent it out, well that is certainly true in our case! After 4 years of struggling with the lawn we finally bit the bullet and replaced it with Sir Walter buffalo. Despite laying it just before a week of temperatures in the 40's it is going great guns. I'm sure out tenants will love it!!
