Merimbula Boardwalk

Soldier crabs

 

After quiet time we headed down to the Merimbula boardwalk. It was low tide, and the kids enjoyed exploring along the coast and spotting crabs. As we were leaving there was a group of kids who had collected a huge bucket of soldier crabs. We all had a hold of these weird looking creatures, who thankfully don't bite with their claws.
