Lilayi Elephant Orphanage and Lodge

A few weekends ago we drove about 1/2 an hour out of Lusaka to visit the elephant orphanage. They are currently raising 9 elephants orphaned due to poaching. Once they reach about 8-9 years of age they can be slowly released into the wild. Afterwards we had a fancy lunch at the lodge. A great place to bring any visitors!
