After looking at many overpriced DUMPS, we stumbled across this place. Only 1 year old, stand alone (ie not in a complex of 8+) no dodgy wiring, water running with decent pressure, and best of all across the road from Selby's office and 5 minutes drive from school.  It was such a relief to find somewhere decent to live and within our budget. Since these photos were taken we have been here about 2 months and it is starting to feel like home.
