ISL Ultramarathon

A few weekends ago we took part in ISL's ultramarathon. The individual winner ran an amazing 100km in 24 hours. Team Lane entered the 3 hour open age category and ran a very respectable 26km, mostly thanks to Selby and Ethan. Unfortunately I had a calf injury so was pathetic and had a massage after running 1 lap. Watch out for Team Lane next year!!
