Sourdough

During a moment of boredom in the holidays I decided I wanted to learn how to make sourdough, it is a type of bread that requires no yeast. Thanks to Google I was able to find out how to make my own starter culture and a thermie recipe. Now I make a loaf or some rolls every week, delicious!
