Day 11: 1st Stop, Albert Namatjira's House

Albert Namatjira was a famous aboriginal watercolour artist, born in Hermannsburg, who started painting in the 1930's. At the start of our day trip, we stopped by his cottage. As I was taking a photo, I got the fright of my life when I felt something cold and wet on my leg! Luckily I was only being greeted by 2 adorable camp dog puppies. They were super friendly, and the boys enjoyed playing with them for a while. They decided to call them "Bingo" and "Banjo" and wanted to bring them home with us!
