We weren't impressed to be kept waiting 1/2 an hour longer than our arranged check-in time, and unfortunately the flat was terrible, especially considering the price tag. However, the location, the good WiFi and the fact that we were too busy exploring London to spend much time there, made up in part for the crappiness of the flat. Fortunately this was the low point of our holiday accommodation!
