After being away from home and missing our pets, it was nice to hang out with the animals on the farm. Bolton the Vietnamese pot bellied pig was a definite trip highlight and gobbled up all the carrots we bought for him while he patiently waited for his breakfast. The old cat would come into the house for cuddles and to lie in the sun whenever she could and the dachshund puppy surprised us one afternoon with a playful visit too!
