After breakfast with Ian and Megan, we headed up to the yabby farm, where Derek, Ian's brother showed us around. Their family is the only exporter of live yabbies in WA. They have an impressive set up where they store, sort and shell the yabbies, which the buy off other local farmers. The boys enjoyed holding a yabby and checking out the tanks.
